CLIENT: STOUT GLOVES

At our recent project with Stout Gloves, we helped them to increase their customer’s online shopping experience. We provided them with product and lifestyle images for their website and online store.

THE OBJECTIVES

With mostly one image per product, there used to be no option for Stout’s customers to experience and connect with their products while shopping online. Therefore the likeliness of a customer buying a product was lower, compared to having a selection of images to flip through.

Why? You need to be able to visualize how the product can be a part of your life and you need to be able to experience it. Did you notice how you pick up and touch a product in the store to get a better feel and look at it? Multiple images are your customer’s online shopping “pick up and feel” section. It helps them to build trust in the product you’re offering them and it helps them to see how it will be a part of their life and make it better.

THE SOLUTION

We decided to split the project in professional product close-up and action shots of each amazing glove Stout provides. Now, having multiple images for each product, Stout’s customers have a radically different online shopping experience. They are able to see and feel how the product will fit into their life, making it more likely for them to buy one of Stout’s incredible gloves.
